Commission Deposit
Working in coloured pencil I will create a portrait using photographs provided by yourself.
I will initially send you a draft layout, detailing the pose and position for the portrait. Once this has been approved you will recieve regular updates via email/message.
Portrait prices are as follows:
1 subject, head and shoulders pose
A4 £190
A3 £280
2 subjects, head and shoulder pose
A4 £220
A3 £310
Booking a commission
To book a commission, please provide information requested. I will then contact you directly to discuss your requirements in further detail.
A deposit of £35 is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from you final fee. All fees must be paid prior to your portrait being shipped.
I will require several, good quality, in focus photographs to work from. If it is a memorial commission I can work with hard copy photographs is digital ones are not available.
Returns and refund policy
All effort is made to ensure you are happy with your finished portrait. During the process I will send you regular updates so that you can see the portrait develop. If you are unhappy with anything please advise so that I can make any necessary amendments prior to the portrait being completed.
Once work on the portrait has commenced the deposit becomes non refundable. Should you wish to cancel your booking please provide at least 2 weeks notice prior to our agreed start date.
Full payment must be received prior to the portrait being shipped.
Shipping info
Your portrait will be set into a plain mount and packaged securely prior to shipping.
Shipping costs are included in the price quoted (price covers shipping to one UK address - if overseas shipping required please enquire for additional costs)
